Bridget Barrows is the Owner of Tenant Solutions LLC and has been in the property management business since 2014. The business is primarily focused on properties in Kennebec and Sagadahoc County, Maine.
A graduate of Gardiner High School Bridget’s experience and education includes an Associate’s Degree in Legal Studies, over 8+ years of work in banking as an SBA Commercial Real Estate Paralegal, and years of experience working as part her family business in real estate and property management. Bridget previously held a State of Maine Real Estate Sales Agent license in 2005 and is also a Notary Public maintaining this appointment in the State of Maine for over 10 years.
Bridget takes great pride in her attention to detail, excellent customer service to landlords, and positive communication abilities in tenant relations. She makes extensive use of contactless and digital technologies which enable a seamless electronic experience for landlords, tenants, and guests throughout the rental process.
Bridget is selective in her client base and values landlords who are interested in growing their property value and providing quality housing. Bridget has a proven track record in placing quality tenants, managing market rate tenancies, and ensuring that landlords are able to achieve a high return on investment through maximized rent and occupancy.
Her unit portfolio includes townhouses, apartment units, single-family homes, duplex units, and a highly select group of vacation rentals. These housing opportunities are mixed between large apartment complexes, single lots, and a handful of extraordinary vacation homes.
Bridget has access to and special relationships or arrangements with a full scope of building and grounds maintenance professionals and contractors and can manage maintenance services as part of a comprehensive property management agreement.
